The HDP Series of card printers produce sharp, over-the-edge images and text by a method called ‘Reverse Transfer Printing.’ Instead of printing directly to the surface of the card like most other card printers, the HDP prints the text and images onto a film, then uses a heat roller to transfer this film onto the plastic card. This insures the best image quality every time, regardless of any flaws in the plastic card.
